rather than through real estate investments. Only a few people who could
succeed in the business using his business strategies. Such business techniques
can only work in a down market with motivated sellers. While many of these

realize that the affair is a complex one only when you get into it.

He do not focuses on the negative aspects of a strategy and dwells only on its
brighter side. Further, you could get the same information at a much lower
price than what Ron Legrcharges. His seminars cost $9,000, which
is an expensive one. He teaches his customers to develop different aspects that
yield profit. According to Ron Legrand, down payment spread can
be profitable if your buyers pay you more than what you have paid the seller.
This is possible when you buy with a small down payment and sell it at a higher
price.
Real estate business is much more than just

is one such expert who has written different categories of books but each of
them lacks any worthwhile information. The books are thin and cost about $600
each. Ron Legrand that his books are like "Business in a
Box". However, his customers hardly feel so. His books and seminars
cannot be fully depended upon when you wish to know the intricacies of real
estate business. When better opportunities await you, why should you indulge
and waste money on such products? I do not recommend his materials.
